FAL & the First Assistant

Ideally candidates must have attained a surgical assistant qualification which follows the criteria of the NAASP structured syllabuses*(see Process requirements). A candidate’s education and ability will be screened against the framework of these specialised courses. Our clientele consist of NHS and private hospitals and candidates will be recruited to assist in different types of surgical procedures.
